Shipping

Items will be shipped within 3 business days by registered mail
with a tracking number.

Shipment usually takes up to 7 business days to the USA and up to 14 business days to Europe, Africa and Far East. Postal delays may occur from time to time.

Express delivery (2-3 business days) is available at an additional price of 10-50 USD. Please contact us if you want to use this service.

Once we deliver the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. FORMS studio is not responsible for any fees charged by customs.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from FORMS studio, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to FORMS studio. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
